Hmm, I am not sure whats wrong with SS. I am also having slight issues with them lately, in terms of uploading speed (takes me longer to upload the files). Hopefully, everything will smooth itself out. In the meantime, if you and other visitors have any recommendation on a host to use, don’t hesitate to suggest it. I am pretty much open. I use SS almost exclusively because its the most convenient for me to use and I am able to collect points.

Hey Sylvia. Yes. I can read chinese. I am a chinese, in fact my dad is a Cantonese. I have relatives in HK as well so I go there once a year or so. They live in 新界 (you probably can read it).

Heyyyl.. of course I remember you. Yup. I stopped uploading dramas for a couple of months. Just resumed that activity in June. My workload is still fine. Hmm, sad to hear that. You were downloading fine from SS last year right?? I wonder what’s up. I don’t mind uploading to other dramas if they are as consistent as SS. I was contemplating MU but they limit the amount of space you can upload. To date, I have about 300+ files onto SS which takes considerable amount of space. Some others like filesend limit 120mb per file, so that’s not do-able, since the avg filesize for the dramas are about 250mb per episode.
My requirement for a filehoster (if others read this and know if the filehoster exist, don’t hesitate to notify me).
1. Size per file limit: at least 300 MB
2. Total amount of data: over 50 GB
3. Have a good software that I can use to upload and utilize compression so the time taken to upload a file is reduced (on average it takes me 13-15 mins to upload an episode on SS, I would like that number to stay below 20 mins).
4. Last but not least of coz good performance for people to download off (SS is consistent overall and they only have a 1GB DL limit).

Capital Scandal seems interesting, i like the main leads…i like the girl after watching Great Inheritance.
Actually…last year,i didn’t manage to dl via SS too….i think i have requested you to upload it into another site…was it mediafire??
I can’t remember now coz i reformat my PC and the addy was gone.
I guess i hafta wait till someone managed to give you another filehoster before i can start downloading them.

Well.. actually I have not watched most of the new dramas yet. Last one I watched is Surgeon Bong Dal Hee and I couldn’t wait to watch Time of Dog and Wolf. Other than that, I have not really watched any other dramas. I probably watch a drama a week.

no FAQ yet, but you gave me good idea. I might start a page that will list out dramas that I currently upload and some links to some other sites where visitors can go to download those dramas that I don’t upload for various reasons (such as length of drama,etc).

Hi Melissa
You are not supposed to watch the pt2 files. The files are split into 2 parts as they are too big. What you do is to download both parts, place them into the same folder, and use a software called HJSplit to combine them. For example, a file thats about 320MB, I will split them into 2 parts of around 160MB each. Download both files (the files will have the same filename, but ends with a .001 or .002 and so-on). The HJSplit software will combine the 2 files into 1 file of the total size 320MB.

Your site is just fantastic. I’ve downloaded at least 2 dramas from your site and currently downloading the latest 3Dads 1mom and Powerful Opponent.
I realized that you have episode 1 of 3Dads 1mom split into part 1 and 2, for some reasons I couldn’t watch these after downloading due to unrecognised file. Canyou help? I’ve tried changing the file names yet it didn’t work. It work for the 1st one but cannot fast forward or play back like the rest?

Don: the files are in rmvb format but surprisely they were split into 2 parts ending with .rmvb.001 & rmvb.002, so if I removed the digits behind, the first one works but could’nt play back or fast forward but the 2nd, doesn’t work at all. Btw, I work on mac. Any advise?

I read from co2r before that :-
1. You need to google and find a tool called ” hjsplit “.
It is free and you need to download it.
2. After you download the episode’s file, part 1 or 2. You use
the “hjsplit” to join them up.
3. It will become a full size episode.
co2r needs to split the file because it’s too big and it is over 300 kbs. I hope this sharing will help you. Bye and enjoy!

Last time you mentioned about the Lee Bum Soo, he acted as a manager for Kim at the Kdrama of ‘on air’, remembered? Yes, he a very good actor too, he also acted as a doctor in the kdrama called ‘Surgeon Bong Tak Hee’ or ‘Dorctor Bong”. You watched that yet? This is a wonder kdrama too.
I just finished the Kdrama called ‘3 dads 1 mom’, it’s o.k. I think this drama was prepared for young people, it fulled of imagination, very cute and funny.
The other one I’m watching is called ’strong enermies’ or ‘ powerful opponent’, it is quite good too.

Hi Zacey,
Did you try yet. When you google the ‘hjsplit’, they will give you different tools which will suit you computer system.
-After you downloaded the kdrama parts, made sure they are in sequences #001, #002, #003 etc.; and then put them in one *.
-when you run the ‘hjsplit’ tool, it will give you obtions, such as “split”, “join”, “compare”etc., and then you choose the “join”.
-You will find the instructions again. Anyway,
=Go to the “Input File” and click in.
=Look in and find your *, and click in.
= When you open your file, and the ‘hjsplit’ will do their job automatically, you just click “start”.
-Finally, the ‘hjsplit’ tool will join the drama-parts all together into a new full-size episode.
-When you see the ” okay “, it means the process was finished.
-All you have to do:-
=Click “okay”, “close”, and “exit” the ‘hjsplit’ tool.
-If the “error” sign shows up, move your * to another place and try the process again; usually, it works again.
Good Luck to those who needs “hjsplit” .
P.s. Zacey.
When the Sendspace shew the “full capacity” signs, you
need to wait for 1-2 minutes. You look under the “sign”,
you will see a new link for retry after 1-2 mins. Just wait
and try again.

I am back. I have just finished watching “The Legend”, it was a good drama. I still love the script and the actor although both actresses are not so beautiful. The Legend OST – Dam Deog Ui Te Ma (Main Theme) played by the orchestra was fabulous, you must listen to that. Now I know why BYJ chose to come back to drama act after so many years away from drama scene, cos the story was so powerful and challenging: “How do you play with your strategy with the current limited available resources?” The king was certainly able to access his country’s strengths and weaknesses to win against his rival; it’s all the mind sets and strategies games and at the same time reflecting human weaknesses. The king wishes to set up a utopia society in his dream world, can he achieve that? Will his preaching and setting up his own example turn up to be more believers and followers? If he fails, he strongly believe that his successor will continue to pursue his dream base on faith……I love the ending part, so touching. To me, it’s like a Korean version of “Lords of the ring” and “Brave heart” by Mil Gibson.
Hope you did not miss up this good story though it was a legend only.

I just found out the ‘Bla Bla Bla” thing wasn’t there anymore. I thought you set that up for your visitors to interact with one another; otherwise we will use your “About Me” to chat with each other.
Thank you so much again and again for your wonderful works for us, the kdrama with c. sub were wonderful. However, I found the trench of Krama was changing. I missed the good old days kdrama’s values– good values and morals.

Yes it would be good idea if we have chat link so that we can exchange the thoughts once we finish the good drama. I am now watching the “Lobbylist” and “My man’s woman”. I appreciate more on the latter one – it urges me to follow it closely. i think the storyline similar to hollywood movie “Fatal attraction” played by Michael Douglas and Glenn Close. I hope the ending will be good for both women,,,haha

There is a new Big hit Kdrama coming out in Aug called”East of Eden” with big casts, I hope it will NOT be repeating as rich woman with poor man, or in the end the leading role will die off due to cancerous…etc… I hope the script writer can do something better, just like any HKG drama series.
I love LeeDaeHee (My girl), no doubt on her talent and capabilities. She will out shine if the script gives her more chance to perform. Any actress and actor can only do that much if the scripts are lousy, not to mention the rest of the components to form a good drama.

Yes you need to download the files. Also, you need a player (google Real Alternative) to play the videos. You can either choose from the MU or SS links, whichever is faster for you (note these are only for the newer dramas).

I received a lot of comments regarding the files being split. Please read this guide over at MyAigoo (http://www.omo-omo.com/hj-split-pc/).
Its important to download the file and leave their filenames as it is (ie: don’t change file extension, or anything). The files that ends with a .001, .002 and so-on has their functions. Use HJSplit to combine the two files first before watching. Also make sure to download file completely (use a download manager to ensure u get the full complete files). Sometimes, when file downloads get corrupted, you will have problem combining the files or playing them. KEEP the files in the same folder.
Download these codecs in order to play RMVB files:
http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/codecs_and_filters/real_alternative.cfm
~ also install the media player classic (its a small program that plays rmvb files well).
I have some plans coming up as well. I am thinking of setting up a voting booth for visitors to select the drama (old dramas that aired over 6 months ago) that they want to be uploaded for a specific month/period. I will then choose the top 1-2 dramas (not confirmed, but I will for sure upload the top voted drama, not sure on the 2nd placed drama). Thinking of venturing out into other drama genres as well (ie: HKdrama, JDorama, TWdrama, etc). Lots of things coming up and I hope to get all this running up before end of the year (hopefully by Thanksgiving).

Well, November is around the corner. I always like this time of the year, although I get busy around this time as well.
Nothing much to say here, just wanna give some updates
- I hope to be able to start on the voting of dramas to be uploaded (ie: Drama of the month, etc). If possible, I will launch it in November 1st (if not December 1st).
- Don’t know if you noticed, but I have a new theme. I try to change theme every 2-3 months to keep the site afresh. By the way, if someone want to volunteer to make a banner (to replace the plain “Cococrust Repository, a Kdrama fandom”), let me know. I won’t be able to give you anything but a virtual hug.
- Also, with the launching of Drama of the month poll, I will be giving 3 lucky visitors a gift. The gift is a full month of Sendspace Max. Sendspace max removes the on-hold time that SS automatically place when visitors want to download a file. A bunch of other benefits is highlighted in SS main page. Anyone want to give idea on how to select the winner, feel free to make suggestion. We are a ‘Drama’cratic kingdom.

For me, i prefer sendspace (even though there’s a 1GB limit/day). I can only download 1 EP from megaupload, and wait days before the download limitation message will not appear.
Just a suggestion, is it possible to post download links of expired dramas (so u won’t need to upload again, just use your time to upload new dramas)? My external hard disk crash, and i have not yet watched many of my downloaded files.
Also, just curious, can you understand/read Korean?
Really appreciate your kindness in sharing all of those lovely dramas, some not so interesting (haha…). I download all mostly from your site.

Get the most consistent performance out of Sendspace. Their file transfer program works very well as well.
MU file manager is buggy and I hate the fact that it might be a malware.
2ndly, SS provides the best filesize. Other like MediaFire is too small (most of my files are over 200Mb close to 300 MB).
