Don’t be fooled! This is not the same “Iljimae” as the SBS drama with Lee Joon-ki based on the Japanese comic book but its based on a Korean version by Ko Yeong-woo.
The rising star, Jeong Il-woo gave up on the new MBC drama “Triple” and decided to take on a challenge of a historical drama.
He will be taking the lead role instead of Lee Seung-ki, popular artist and popular through hit TV show “One Night, Two Days”.
Our young movie star is working hard on body building for this role. Prepare for a new Jeong Il-woo!
His past works, “Quiet World”, “My Love”, and “High Kick!” has been big hits, but this time, it will be different because he will be the main character.
The story is about a man fighting against the selfish and unjust government to save the people.
This drama will be filmed in Japan and will be aired this November as a Wednesday-Thursday drama. It is also filmed by the same Producer and Director of “Princess Hours”!

Storyline :
Family is the ultimate hope and the fortress that keeps us up.
‘The Road Home’ talks about families of nowadays; the disbanded family relationships of the current time. People often say ‘I am happy for my family’, but we no longer find much meaning from these words, as we did in the past. Even though many families are now separated into nuclear families, ‘family’ has its root in the large family structure. This drama is about a journey; the journey of a nuclear family changing back to a large family. While talking about families of these days, “The Road Home” also questions about the true meaning of happiness.

‘Boys over Flowers’ is the highly anticipated remake of the famous Japanese comic book series. Jan-di, the Heroine, is the poor but bright girl who has a strong sense of justice and full of vitality. She transfers to an exclusive high school where only the rich go. In there, she encounters with the four rich and quirky boys and experiences love and friendship.
The storyline illustrates the supreme fantasy that a drama can bring out the most. Each of us probably has an experience of admiring or dreaming of something. The drama ‘Boys over Flowers’ is the concentration of the admirations.
