Hello all.
With Thanksgiving and the holidays coming up, I will be tied up more with work and other commitments. I might not be able to respond to comments and requests as quickly as before. I decided to write up this post to let visitors of old and new know about upcoming changes in the way I upload files.
First in the agenda is “The Legend” or known as “Tae Wang San Shin Gi”. A couple of weeks ago, I received a note saying that I should stop uploading c-subbed eps of this drama that’s being released by TSXZ. First of all, I would like to extend my utmost gratitude to this subbing group. Without them, I will not be able to enjoy Kdrama entertainment, just like you all. I don’t mean to infringe on TSXZ or any subbing group’s production. I know of people who absolutely have trouble getting files through p2p or CB, and that is one of the reason I started this site, which is to let this people have a venue where they can download and enjoy Kdramas. Upon receipt of this note, I stopped uploading the c-subbed eps, but upon further deliberation, I decided to continue uploading the eps, with the condition that I won’t post up the link to these files on Soompi or D-A or any other sites, except on the site for a group in Google I created (For the link, you can go to the Legend post). This will undoubtedly create a bit more hassle for people wanting to download the c-subbed eps, but I think the wonderful people like you who shares the same passion as me for Kdramas will understand.
Secondly, I have received a lot of requests for re-uploads of certain eps or a number of eps. I would like to first of all apologize to these people. Because of resource limitations, I am not able to keep an archive of all eps of dramas I upload (both in the past and currently). I don’t have any ads or any other revenue means to support my current activities, and I don’t intend to introduce them to this site as thats not my goal when I started this site. For the moment, I usually keep 1 month archive of dramas I upload (means about 8 eps of regular dramas that aired 2x a week and about 20 eps of the daily sitcoms). So for example, a daily drama like I hate you but its fine, I only keep the files that aired from mid-Oct (which means roughly ep 30 onwards), so I can’t re-upload ep 1-29.
Last but not least, the filehoster situation. This is explained in the long section below, please be patient with reading through it.
